Fryers
All the models, both electric and gas, have mechanical or electronic controls for precise temperature settings (up to 190 degrees). High-efficiency direct heating technology guarantees very fast recovery times and heat distribution over a larger surface protects the oil from damage caused by overheating. The perfectly rounded edges on the moulded tank (10 or 18 litre capacity) and wide slide, ensure the operator is able to maintain maximum cleanliness and work in total safety and comfort. The Incoloy stainless steel heating elements inside the tank can be tilted to a vertical position for easier cleaning.
