INFRARED AND INDUCTION COOKERS
Thanks to their completely smooth surface, cleaning is fast and efficient with no need for aggressive cleansers.
The pyroceram thickness, equal to 60/10, and the precision in adjusting temperatures allow one to work safely. The tops reach 500° C in a few seconds and are equipped with a pilot light on the top that signals the presence of residual heat up to 60°C.
In the induction stovetops, energy saving is ensured by the immediate reaching of maximum temperatures in the cooking containers, even if the top is completely cold.
The high energy efficiency is given with the lack of thermal dispersion and consumption that is reduced by more than 30%.
