With their tub made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thick, with a 11 or 24 litre capacity, the multifunction braisers enable various cooking methods: braising, browning, grilling and even cooking directly on the bottom of the tub.
Any type of food is evenly cooked thanks to the Compound steel bottom: the upper layer is AISI 316
stainless steel, which is extremely strong and hygienic, while the lower steel layer gives excellent heat distribution and helps save energy.
Cooking residues are carried through the large discharge hole into a small duct and collected in the steel tray beneath.
The perfectly rounded tub ensures very quick and perfect cleaning.
