Creative Cooking Course
Berto’s S.p.A. hosted a “Creative Cooking Course” that was organised by the Euganean Spa Chefs’ Association, with 40 chefs taking part from all over the Veneto Region. The course was presented by the Padua born Piergiorgio Siviero, chef at the “Lazzaro 1815” Restaurant where he applies all his experience in giving a creative touch to traditional recipes. The Restaurant is in Pontelongo, in the province of Padua, and received its first Michelin Star in 2012.
