Identità Golose 2016 creativity, fantasy and haute cuisine

The prestigious international event Identità Golose is celebrating its twelfth birthday, welcoming, as always, the top professionals in the world of signature food and fully representing today’s art of creative cooking.
Born from an idea by Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni, over the years Identità Golose has seen the likes of Ferran Adrià, Jean-Luc Fau, Wylie Dufresne, Massimo Bottura, Enrique Dacosta, to name just a few from an extremely long list.
In a whirlwind of events spread over three days, including conferences, interviews, debates, cooking shows and special events, the 2016 edition in Milan will once again host some of the greatest names in international gastronomy: Davide Scabin, Enrico Crippa, Massimiliano Alajmo, Ricard Camarena, Carlos Garcia, Josean Alija, Carlo Cracco, Matias Perdomo and many others. All of the participating chefs will have access to the best of Berto's, which is once again the official technical sponsor of the event: LX900 Top, S700, S900 professional kitchens and of course La Cucina. Our complete Premium Series, at the service of great masters as they develop the theme of Identità Golose 2016, “The Strength of Freedom”: an anthem to the freedom of creativity and the value of exchanging knowledge, insights and cultures.
During the event Berto's will have a large stand at its disposal, where it will welcome its guests and put on its planned events: among these, a three-day cooking show with Nicola Dinato (starred Chef and owner of Feva in Castelfranco Veneto), Paolo Parisi (well-known multifacted personality, as well as chef, farmer, inventor of kitchen utensils and equipment, supplier of typical and exclusive products for the most well-known starred chefs in Italy, star of acclaimed television programmes on digital channels, designer, restorer), and Andrea Valentinetti (Chef at Patisserie D&G, present at the Berto's stand at SIGEP in Rimini). From Sunday to Tuesday, every day between 12 and 3 pm, one of the Chefs will propose a dish using local products, offering visitors unique culinary specialties.
Furthermore, Identità Golose will host another cooking show with our S700 kitchen, which has been customised specifically for the occasion, and it will be a very special event, extremely exclusive, refined and cultured: Identità di Champagne. The result of a collaboration with the Maison de Champagne Ruinart (the oldest French Maison, founded in Reims in 1729 and today the backbone of the international luxury group MHLV - Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A.), Identità di Champagne will offer a select few the opportunity to taste its prestigious blanc de blancs and exceptional Dom Ruinart rosé, which, in his role of amphitryon, the Chef de Cave of the Maison will present to lucky guests, paired with finger food prepared on the spot in our Berto's kitchen.
Identità di Champagne will be held every day in Sala Gialla 3 (Yellow Room 3), between midday and 3 pm.
