Host Milan 2017

The “capital of professional hospitality” for a not-to-miss event.
Certain big events should initially be described with the figures involved, the only things that can really give a precise idea about just how big they are: HOST Milan 2017, reference trade fair for equipment, coffee, food and leaders in the Ho.Re.Ca., foodservice, retail, Large-scale Distribution and hotel industries, will involve 2000 exhibitors from 47 countries, + 18% more bookings with respect to last year’s edition, 160,000 trade professionals, of which 60,000 are foreigners of 172 different nationalities, 1500 buyers, over 57,000 business appointments made with the Expo Matching Program and 300 Italian and international newspapers. Five bumper-packed days at FieraMilano, from October 20th to 24th , spread out across 14 pavilions divided into 3 themed macro areas (which cover restaurants, pizza, pasta, coffee, tea, ice cream, pastries, bars, vending machines, furniture and tableware), with 400 events ranging from seminars and workshops to cooking shows and a 97% satisfaction index for quality professional contacts. A not-to-miss event, or in the words of the organisers, "the world in a Trade Fair," a fundamental meeting point for international professional hospitality. During this catalyst of opportunities and privileged observatory, Berto's will present visitors with its most loved classic products, new products, innovations in technology, design and components, its latest products for 2017 and previews. It is definitely worth visiting us at Pavilion 3 Stand P43 R50 during the 5 days of HOST, where we have set up an area of 400 sq. m., divided into 3 sections: the first is dedicated to our monoblock kitchens, where we will exhibit two of the company’s flagships from the new La Cucina line, Berto's exclusive made-to-measure division. They will stand out for their design: the first is extremely modern and high-tech, with the new B-flex electronic controls manufactured in Tribano, which we can't wait to tell you about at the Trade Fair, innovative finishes, induction hobs, a multipurpose braising pan, the new salamander and a digitally controlled display for precise low temperature cooking (soft cooking in particular). The second La Cucina kitchen will astound you with its technology, the best solutions and lines of the great tradition of Mediterranean cuisine, in a fusion of Italian style and brass elements, once-in-a-lifetime feelings, usability, perfect in any vintage setting. In the second themed area of our stand, we will present Berto's top-of-the-range products, the LX900 Top, S700 and S900 lines: we will tell you about the innovations and latest products that equip the new versions of our flagship kitchens. The third and final section is dedicated to hospitality: we look forward to welcoming you in a comfortable setting that will be equipped with a third kitchen, which will be used by Corporate Chef Nicola Dinato and the other chefs who will be guests at HOST 2017, to entertain visitors with cooking shows, demonstrations and personal meetings.
