A special occasion is always awaited to officially present the most important innovations. Berto's has chosen the 2025 edition of Host Milan to show the new solutions of its increasingly extensive and advanced range for professional catering.

From the 17th to 21st of October, the Paduan company will welcome visitors to its spacious stand (Pavilion 3, Stand L35-M46) at the Rho-Pero exhibition center in Milan, where the 44th edition of one of the largest international events in the Ho.Re.Ca. industry will be held. 2,100 exhibitors from 40 countries will present equipment, technologies, raw materials, and semi-finished products to 140,000 professionals with dozens of conferences, workshops, and cooking demonstrations enlivening the busy program of the biennial Milanese event.

Discussing, sharing, and interacting will also be the key words in the Berto’s hospitality area, where visitors will see in action and appreciate the efficiency of top-of-the-line kitchens as well as the most innovative solutions.

At Berto's, Research and Development have always been based on feedback obtained directly from chefs, listening to their needs and suggestions. This collaboration has led to a further expansion and a new technological evolution in the combi oven line. At the Host trade fair, for the first time, Berto’s will show models (both with boilers and direct steam injection), featuring the latest-generation 10" color touchscreen displays, supported by new customizable software with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing chefs to interact easily, functionally, and comprehensively.

The Combi Oven range also extends its offering with new compact models, designed for those who work in smaller spaces but still want performance, reliability, and high-quality results.

Furthermore, along with various cooking, preparation, and storage equipment, the Berto's stand will also feature, for the first time, new professional dishwashing equipment developed with the specialized brand Omniwash Group srl.

As it is now a staple, during Host Milano, Berto's Corporate Chefs will provide several cooking demonstrations, allowing visitors to discover the custom-built La Cucina® monoblock as well as different types of combi ovens, blast chillers, and retarder-prover cabinets in action. Guests will be invited to sample freshly prepared dishes and appreciate the excellent results achieved in terms of cooking, aroma, texture, and flavor. Complete satisfaction of both professional and end consumers: this is the goal of Berto’s, a manufacturing company that has been working alongside kitchen professionals for over 50 years.
