From 24th to 26th of May, in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Chefs in Netherlands, the Pasta World Championship took place on a wonderful Berto’s S700 kitchen in the gardens and park of the amazing De Haar Castle, the largest one in the country and located in the cute village of Haarzuilens, just outside the famous city of Utrecht.


On the main stage of Identità Golose 19, the chefs used two standalone commercial Berto’s kitchens to represent the evolution of technology in the food industry by complying to the theme of the congress that was “Building new memories: between tradition and innovation”. An unmissable appointment was at the Berto’s stand as our kitchens were used by two star chefs, Moreno Cedroni and Emanuele Scarello to honour the Italian tradition.


The Bellavita Expo is an event including 9 international episodes filmed in one year in London, Warsaw, Chicago, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Bangkok, Hamburg and China. The goal is to promote and spread the best and most typical products of the Italian food industry. The goal was achieved by organizing cooking shows with a Berto’s S700 commercial kitchen where several star chefs could show their abilities.


Lecce, 18-20 June
Public, chefs, workshops, tastings, master classes and conferences for the 1st edition of Food Exp, which in the words of the organizers is a "convivial of Apulian excellences and a container dedicated to high education in the hospitality, catering and tourism sectors.

Identità Golose 18

We really love being at Identità Golose because it is a great event of growing importance; because the most important Italian and international chefs attend it; because in Milan the chefs prepare their cooking shows live on our kitchens.
We work for those who prepare and invent, and in Milan last March 3rd, 4th and 5th there were hundreds of chefs with their staff, stories, ideas, experiences and, above all, their great desire to make a personal contribution to an ancient art that is continuously evolving.

Milano and Roma Golosa

Milano Golosa (from 14th to 16th October) and Roma Golosa (from 2nd to 4th December). Both of them were born from the imagination of Davide Paolini, an intuitive and influencing journalist who likes to wander in the lands of food, gourmets, flavors and research in order to share the knowledge and experiences acquired. The goal of the two events is to let gourmands and the general public know the best ones because he thinks that food is a cultural subject as well as art; consequently, in Rome and Milan, he wanted to introduce the “food artists” that he has discovered as an Argonaut of flavor. Berto’s was chosen as the technical sponsor.

Chefs World Summit

Montecarlo, 26th-28th November. The Grimaldi Forum in Monte Carlo as the rendezvous for the world of high-end gastronomy. The chefs, who arrived from all over the world, were able to make full use of this magnificent venue, characterised by its airy glass and steel structure and huge windows that wherever you look offer a view of the sea, which lies just a few metres away. We were a partner and Silver Sponsor in Monte Carlo, providing the chefs at the World Summit with 2 cookers, the monoblock La Cucina and a mobile S700 cooking system with an integrated extraction hood.


Vinoè puts Italian wines par excellence on the stage at Leopolda Station in Florence. Restored, recovered and returned to the community in 1993, it was chosen by the Federation of Italian Sommeliers Hoteliers and Restaurateurs and the Municipality of Florence to host the second edition of Vinoè. On November 5th and 6th, thanks to Berto's technical sponsorship, the 8000 participants and guests at Vinoè were able to enjoy the exquisite wines and spirits produced by the 120 best Italian wineries, paired with tastings of dishes prepared by chefs on a futuristic, all-steel station from the S700 line, with an induction cooktop, a fry-top and a bain marie, mounted on wheels and fitted with two automatic extractor hoods.


Milan, 20th-24th October. We chose some of the most well-known chefs in the industry, a different one every day, for the daily show cooking displays at our stand: Max Mascia, histrionic and communicative, the ingenious Antonella Ricci, Giancarlo Perbellini, with his innate elegance, Claudio Sadler, the doyen of haute cuisine and today one of Italy’s undisputed reference points for every food artist. All Michelin starred award-winning chefs, who brought the Berto's stand at Host 2017 to life so as to help us achieve our goal: to offer only the best to food artists by creating, thanks also to their contribution, professional avant-garde solutions that are made-to-measure to cater for their needs and brilliance.

Eat Mantua

Mantua, 25th August – 10th September.
EatMantua is organised in the incredibly beautiful rooms in Palazzo Te. There will be round tables and discussions with historians and food historians on the relationship between Italian and European cuisine over the centuries; on the comparison between Renaissance tradition and contemporary cuisine; and on the evolutionary nexus between food preparation and social stratification. EatMantua’s guest chefs will be cooking for visitors on Berto's kitchen islands during the journey through the Giardino dei Sapori: every weekend, a Jeune Restaurateur of the JRE will use our kitchens to make dishes with typical Mantuan products, creating original themed dinners.

Bellavita Expo

London, 18-20th June.
Bellavita Expo is considered one of the most important Made in Italy promotional events in Britain, and the refined stands, rich programme of events, great public success and number of Michelin stars on show in London are all the confirmation of this.
Claudio Sadler, Giorgio Locatelli, Felice Lo Basso, Terry Giacomello and Niko Romito were just some of the Italian chefs, with restaurants in Italy and London, who worked during the three days of Expo on the Berto’s Isola S700 cooker.

Slovak Food Festival

Bratislava, 1-4th June.
The magnificent Castle stands on top of a hill, dominating the River Danube that was fortified by the ancient Romans, and dating back to the 10th century until 1500 was home of the Kings of Hungary, to then become one of the favourite retreats of Maria Theresa of Austria.
In this fairy-tale setting the Slovak Food Festival offered 4 days of entertainment, with a programme divided over four sections: producers’ stands, debates, presentations in the Food and Beverage Sector and Product Sector, live shows, cocktails and live music in the Chillout Zone, outdoor cooking schools, Kids Corner cheering the gardens with their voices.

Tuttofood Milan

The international B2B Food & Beverage trade fair organised by Fiera Milano (8th -11th May 2017), whose three keystones are experience, information and interaction.
Now in its 6 edition, Tuttofood has become the perfect stage to showcase our products in the domestic and international markets.
On top of this, there is a bumper-packed programme dedicated to research and food science and a full week of side events.
In collaboration with the Milan and Province Chefs’ Association, our S700 kitchen line will host renowned chefs and experts throughout the event, with Academies set up in 4 different pavilions.

Identità Golose Milano

The doors of the MiCo congress centre in Milan have closed once again, marking the end of Identità Golose 2017, which from March 4th to 6th was an unquestionable success. The Berto’s stand was visited by many of the visitors, and was animated, with great success, by cooking shows entrusted to the expert hands of talented chefs with fantastic communication skills: Starred chef Paolo Cappuccio, Corporate Chef Nicola Dinato and the eclectic Chef-Star Alessandro Borghese created their dishes live using "La Cucina", the much awaited tailor-made monoblock, with its new design, which was presented in Milan.


The prestigious Monaco event that has been celebrating taste and savoir vivre for two decades, is a perfect example. For the 21st Edition, the organisers have once again prepared "an invitation to indulgence", and from November 25th to 28th the Espace Fontvieille will come to life with flavours, aromas and delicacies.
The three days will also be packed with cooking shows, seeing international chefs busy creating new recipes based on a theme that is changed every year, events and presentations, demonstrations by the invited associations, special awards for exhibitors, sommeliers, winemakers and specialised journalists.


AGROGEPACIOK is the national Show for ice cream, pastries, chocolate and artisan agri-food, now in its 11th edition, held in Lecce, capital of the Salento region.
the event’s most insightful idea is the 4 Forum (dedicated to the Patisserie, Cooking, Bakery and Pizza sectors) for experts, industry organisations, companies and professionals: a breeding ground for comparison, research and development. Berto's was the technical sponsor for the Forum Cucina at the November 2016 edition, and the chefs were able to use one of our S700 for their show cooking.


Negombo, 19 September 2016, hunting for the most authentic flavours.
In the hydrothermal park on San Montano Bay, one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Ischia, the celebration involves an important delegation of Mediterranean auteur cuisine.
Chefs working to enhance the ingredients of a land rich in gastronomic traditions, with the help of the forceful Berto's S700.

2-4 April, 2016, three days in Paris dedicated to Italian gastronomic excellence.
Third edition of the Food Culture Festival with more than 80 renowned guests of exhibitors, chefs, pizza chefs, bakers, sommeliers, oenologists in more than thirty events of master classes, ateliers, round tables, special dinners.
The protagonist is Berto's S700, just 700mm deep that is expertly used by all the Chefs at the festival.


Milan, 6-8 March 2016, International Haute cuisine Congress created by Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni, in a whirlwind of different congresses, interviews, debates and cooking shows, and again this year the Milan event will be hosting some of the leading names in international gastronomy.
Berto's was chosen for all the cooking installations for the Congress, with the top of range lines: LX900 Top, S900, S700 and "La Cucina".


Venice, 28-29 February 2016, a gastronomic event since 2008 with four different components: the Haute Cuisine Congress, Magnificent Wines, Seduzioni di Gola and Fuori di Gusto in the splendid Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista.
