GAS FRYERS
All the models, both electric and gas, have mechanical or electronic controls for precise temperature settings (up to 190 °C). High-efficiency direct heating technology guarantees very fast recovery times and heat distribution over a larger surface protects the oil from damage caused by overheating. The perfectly rounded edges on the moulded tank (10 or 18 litre capacity) and wide slide, ensure the operator is able to maintain maximum cleanliness and work in total safety and comfort.
