A complete range of gas and electric griddles with smooth, grooved or mixed plate. Any food is evenly cooked thanks to the Compound steel top: the upper part is in AISI 316 stainless steel for perfect strength and hygiene, the under part is steel to guarantee maximum heat distribution and energy savings.
The griddles have splash protections and smooth spatula for totally practical use. Like all other models in this line, the tops, tray and hole all have rounded edges.
