From 3 to 7 February in Stuttgart the biennial world Ho.Re.Ca. fair.

Every two years, Stuttgart presents itself as one of the global reference centers for the Ho.Re.Ca. industry, thanks to the great Intergastra Fair. The highly anticipated event will return next February, from Saturday 3rd to Wednesday 7th and will take place in an area of 115,000 m² in all 10 pavilions of the German Fair.

Berto's will welcome the international players of the industry to its stand (Hall 5 – Stand 83), presenting a selection of its top-of-the-range lines in the main production segments: kitchens, ovens and refrigeration. At Intergastra, the Paduan company will have the opportunity to present their visitors from all over the world the ideal synthesis of 50 years of Made in Italy products that have always combined technical progress with design, functionality and aesthetics.

Among the kitchens, in addition to the customized LaCucina monoblock, which represents a one-of-a kind piece created according to the requests of a chef or an entrepreneur, there will be two cooking blocks from the premium S700 and S900 lines: these are the most prestigious solutions in Berto's range, with a wide possibility of configuration and definition of tailor-made details, equipped with the most advanced technologies to help optimize the performance and reduce energy impact.

The same philosophy aimed at the utmost efficiency has also characterized the development of Combi Ovens and Cold Solutions for refrigeration.

Even at Intergastra, as in the previous weeks at the Sigep Fair in Rimini, Berto's will allow visitors to personally evaluate the versatility and ease of use of the combined ovens with the novelty of the gas models, which complement the electrically powered ones.

During the cooking shows, the chef will use the Combi Ovens to bake perfectly prepared desserts and bread products, making the most of the interaction between convection and ventilation, which is activated through the intuitive touch display, capable of comfortably managing all the function and holding operations of the oven.

A similar interface is now available for the multifunction blast chiller, the latest addition to the large Cold Solutions family: a new tool that further enriches the wide range of refrigerated counters, cabinets and refrigerated bases that are essential for anyone who works in the restaurant, hotel and catering sectors.

 

In Stuttgart, therefore, Berto's will again confirm its role in the international market: not a simple supplier of products, but a 360-degree partner, capable of satisfying the specific needs of professionals because it has always worked at their service and developed new solutions starting precisely from the daily dialogue with them.
