The eclectic and innovative Chef Alessandro Borghese for his new restaurant in Milan has chosen two La Cucina® monoblocks that have been customized with adjustable column, single instrument panel and black baseboard.
Monoblock 1 measurements: 2000 x 1100 mm
Composition: induction cooker, gas cooker, pasta cooker and multifunction bratt pans.
Monoblock 2 measurements: 2400 x 1000 mm
Composition: induction cooker, continuous worktop, made from AISI 304 stainless steel, 30/10 thick.
