The Chef Andrea Valentinetti for his new restaurant in Padua has chosen a new kitchen concept: reinterpret his roots.
To do this he has chosen an imposing La Cucina monoblock that has been customized with adjustable column, single instrument panel, black panels and doors. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with 30/10 thick countertops, this flagship model comprises the pasta pan, gas cooker, induction solid top, fryer, frytop and double boiler, measurements 2500 x 1600 mm.
