per year and includes 28 factories around the world, selected the quality and elegance of our solutions for arranging the corporate restaurant at their headquarters in Parma.
When, last year, Barilla decided to restyle their corporate restaurant, Studio Rubini Architettura chose Berto’s as their ideal partner for that project. The corporate management and the engineers and designers from Berto’s collaborated together to develop the project that


became real two months ago, thanks to the coordination of both Marco Lebiu, Berto’s commercial manager, and the other partners, Felsinea Ristorazione, Rete d’impresa Art and Surf S.r.l.

The space arranged in Pedrignano is much more than a “commercial kitchen”: Barilla management thought and wanted this sort of “pasta theatre” as a promotional and friendly space, allowing Berto’s commercial kitchen to

work as a stage. Berto’s kitchen installed in Pedrignano is a strictly tailor-made model that fits a pasta cooker and induction units painted with Barilla’s corporate colours of blue, red and white. The kitchen front has a wide elegant curvature like a theatre stage, while the opposite side, extremely linear and ergonomic, represents a sort of benchwork for the chefs and speakers. The project achieved in Pedrignano is a unique example of a corporate canteen and a meeting point between the



industrial production of pasta and its professional preparation: elegance and technology come together in a comfortable and representative environment, an appealing venue for events and meetings and an efficient way to promote the company image.
