Organized in 3 campuses in Le Bouveret, Lucerne and Briga, the César Ritz school proposes two 3-year university courses and masters in global hospitality and tourism industry graduation, and it is ranked first in the world of Hotel Schools according to benchmark 2018 of Global Index ISBSB. The colleges boast training partnerships with the best Swiss and international hotels and give their students the opportunity to get a double-title graduation thanks to

the collaboration with Washington State University and the English University in Derby. Set up one century ago as a school of excellence in restaurant services, over the years, César Ritz Colleges has expanded its formation range to the world of high cuisine and management and has arranged 20 kitchens where the students train. Recently, over Lake Genève, a 4-storey glass building has been added and, there, 5 classrooms are exclusively dedicated to patisserie. of Gianluca Dal Corso, our area manager, the César Ritz decided to install a forefront customized Berto’s kitchen which is mounted in the centre of the university amphitheatre and works as a working area with a circular plant. The audience can enjoy the 180° view over the cooking top. Painted in red and made of steel, the La Cucina installed in Switzerland rests on a dark beautiful and original marble base, elliptically shaped, attracting all the eyes in the room. designed for the needs of the César Ritz school and, on board this sort of futuristic gastronomical spacecraft, the electrical and gas equipment come together to guarantee the best educational versatility. Such a futuristic and perfect kitchen is an excellent way and the best workbench to help the future chefs to face their challenges.
